Planning & preparation
An approximately 60-minute in-home consultation covers goals, style preferences, budget and priorities, with photos and measurements taken for planning. Product sourcing and a tailored proposal follow.
Project day
The team arrives with agreed products and tools, then declutters if required, categorises, installs storage solutions and styles the space. The finished space is reviewed with you and final adjustments are made.
Unwanted items can be prepared for donation or appropriate disposal, and post-service support is available.
Virtual Sessions
For clients outside the service area or anyone who wants expert guidance remotely.

Before the call
Send photos or a short video, complete a brief form about goals, pain points, style and budget, and provide measurements where useful.
During & after
A video call walks through the space and covers layout, storage and organising systems. Afterwards you receive a personalised PDF with steps, product links and layout suggestions where needed.
Refresh
For returning clients who want to revisit a previously organised space — from a seasonal wardrobe reset to adjustments for changing family routines. Refresh work is billed hourly, with a time estimate and tailored quote provided after a quick discussion.
